Guidelines for Organizations

The main focus of Roadmap Talent is to help people build up experience while adding value to an organization. When designing an experience-building project/opportunity, focus on fostering a mutually beneficial relationship, including the following.

  • A clear set of objectives
  • A clear timeline
  • Regular guidance and constructive feedback on ongoing work
  • Confirmation of project completion when it the work is done
  • A written reference confirming that the experience seeker has worked for your organization
  • You are also welcome to suggest additional learning resources for the experience-seeker to enhance his/her/their knowledge of the line of work.

When you are showcasing the opportunity/project to prospective talent, you may use this suggested format:
